The kindergarten grade level was fortunate enough to be given a large number of monarch caterpillars on Friday. We nestled them away in our tank...with a load of milkweed!When I arrived this morning one had already formed a chrysalis and another was on it's way to the top!
We'll be learning about the monarch butterfly/caterpillar all week and will do our best to keep you informed.
We can't wait for butterflies!
